Every trade pays tax.
Holders get paid.
Launch a token where every trade pays a small tax. It's sold for XNT and sent straight to holders' wallets, part of it deepens the pool, part can be burned for good, and 10% is your creator reward in USDC. The launch liquidity is locked in an NFT. Three clicks, about a dollar.
No code. Your wallet signs everything. Tokens trade on XDEX, X1's DEX.
Where the tax goes
Three approvals. Token's live.
Fill in one form, approve three transactions in your wallet, and 99 + Tax rings up the rest, on-chain and in the open.
Create the token
Name, logo, supply and tax. The tax is fixed forever and the supply can never grow.
Open the pool
The whole supply plus your XNT become the starting liquidity on XDEX. You start with no tokens, so there's no dev bag.
Lock the liquidity
The LP goes into an NFT, forever or until a date you pick. The NFT earns the pool's trading fees and your 10% creator reward.
Don't trust us. Check the chain.
Every one of these is a setting on the token or the lock that anyone can look up on an explorer. Two honest notes: timed locks end on their unlock date, and the lock program hasn't had an independent audit yet.
The tax can never change
The token has no fee authority, so no one can raise the tax later. Not the creator, not us.
The supply is fixed
The mint authority is revoked at launch. No one can ever print more tokens.
Liquidity is locked in an NFT
Forever, or until the date shown. The lock program has no way to release it early.
A program holds the tax
Each token's tax can only be collected by the Tax Vault program, never a wallet: no key on our server can move it. The program splits it the same way every time: holders (at least 35%), liquidity, burn and the creator's 10%.
No dev bag
The whole supply goes into the pool at launch. The creator's wallet starts with zero tokens, and you can see it on the explorer.
Creator rewards vest
The creator's 10% sits in an on-chain vault and unlocks 7 days after each deposit. Only the LP-lock NFT's holder can claim it.
The contracts
Every address this site uses on X1, so you can check them yourself on the explorer. Each launched token also gets its own mint, pool, Tax Vault and LP-lock NFT; they're listed on its page.

What it costs
One flat fee. That's it.
The launch fee is the only thing that goes to 99 + Tax. Your XNT goes into your own pool and the pool fee goes to XDEX. Your token's Tax Vault pays its own way: whoever runs it earns a small reward from each sale.
And the "+ tax"? That's the good part. It's paid by every trade of your token, forever. Most of it goes to your holders, and 10% comes back to you as your creator reward, in USDC.
Fresh off the shelf
Every token here was created, pooled and locked through 99 + Tax. Holding one and don't want to wait for the next payout? Open its page and press Run the vault now.
Questions at the register
What is a tax (reflection) token?
A token that takes a small percentage of every transfer, including every buy and sell. Here that tax isn't kept by the team. It's sold for XNT and paid to everyone who holds the token, in proportion to how much they hold.
How do holders get paid?
The token’s Tax Vault (an on-chain program) collects the tax, sells it on XDEX and sets the holders' share aside. A rewards list of every holder's share is published on-chain and on IPFS, and 10 minutes later the XNT is sent straight to holders' wallets. There's nothing to claim. Very small shares build up until they reach 0.001 XNT, then they're sent.
What's "Run the vault now"?
The site runs every vault automatically, but anyone can press Run the vault now on a token's page: your wallet signs the steps that are due and pays their small network fees, and you earn 1% of the holders' XNT from each sale, up to 0.05 XNT. The program decides every amount; whoever runs it can't take anything.
What if 99 + Tax goes offline?
Holders keep getting paid. Every step of the vault is open to anyone, and a recovery page on IPFS runs it from any wallet with nothing of ours online. If no rewards list is published for 7 days, the token's creator can appoint a new publisher; after 30 days, anyone can pay holders from the last list.
Who gets the tax that goes to liquidity?
Nobody. It's added to the pool, and the LP tokens it creates are burned, so that liquidity stays in the pool for good and the price gets steadier over time.
What does the burn do?
If the creator turns it on, that share of each cycle's collected tax is burned outright, before anything is sold. The token supply goes down every cycle, and because those tokens are never sold, there's less selling pressure too. The creator picks the share at launch (up to 50%; liquidity plus burn can't pass 55%, because 10% goes to the creator and holders always get at least 35%), and it can't be changed later.
How do creators earn?
Creators start with no tokens, so instead every token pays its creator 10% of its tax. It's sold and swapped to USDC (XNT on testnet), then held in an on-chain vault tied to the launch's LP-lock NFT. Each deposit vests for 7 days, then whoever holds the NFT can claim it. Sell the NFT and you sell the income with it.
What does the LP NFT do?
It holds the launch liquidity. Whoever owns the NFT collects the trading fees that liquidity earns and the token's creator rewards, and can sell or transfer both, but can't withdraw the liquidity itself. With a timed lock, the NFT holder can take the LP back after the date and keeps the NFT for the rewards.
Is the lock permanent today?
Until its security audit is done, the 99 + Tax team can still upgrade the lock program (it isn't immutable yet). After the audit it will be made permanent; this notice disappears automatically when it is.
Can the creator rug?
They can't change the tax, print tokens or pull locked liquidity. They also start with no tokens: every launch puts 100% of the supply into the pool, so there's no dev bag to dump. What's left to check is whether the lock is forever or timed.
Is it audited?
Not yet. The code is open source, has had two independent reviews and has been tested on X1 testnet, on copies of mainnet and against attack cases, but the programs haven't had a formal audit. The Tax Vault runs as a beta until then. Only use what you can afford to lose.

Everything shown here is an estimate. Tax splits, daily earnings, starting prices, rewards and payouts are calculated from current on-chain data and change constantly with trading. Real results depend on trading volume and prices, which nobody controls.
Cryptocurrency is highly volatile. Token prices can fall sharply or to zero, trading and rewards can stop, and you can lose everything you put in. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and the programs have not had a formal audit. Launching or buying a token may have legal or tax consequences where you live. Do your own research and only use money you can afford to lose.
